The Adidas Crazy 8 basketball shoe is a bring-back style and is the re-branded version of the Adidas KB8, which was the first style endorsed by Kobe Bryant. The shoe was re-named and re-branded years after the basketball star signed with Nike. Adidas Crazy 8 sneakers made their debut in 2005 and have been released in numerous colors since then. They use Adidas’ TORSION® SYSTEM for mid foot integrity and have an overused midsole. The outside of the shoe is non-marking, a desirable feature for indoor basketball courts. The Adidas Crazy 8 provides ample support in the ankle and heel thanks to extra dense foam around the top of the design. The foot sits low in the shoe, which allows the top to rise above the ankle and give more support. The deep seat of the shoe allows for greater control when running up and down the court. The bottom of the shoe is designed with a tight tread, which works particularly well in clean, indoor courts.
