The Converse Pride Shoes have been a constant presence for years with new sneakers featuring the rainbow colors being released every summer . Converse joined years ago brands like adidas and Nike to celebrate each June the National LGBT Month. This has been a great opportunity to show their support towards universal tolerance and equality and be a part of the growing LGBT movement. Known for their special edition Chucks , Converse have been coming up over the years with creative versions of the classic sneaker incorporating the LGBT flag.

The 2020 Converse Pride shoes collection was inspired by the “More Color More Pride” flag , a new version of the LGBTQ flag that aims to suggest even more diversity and inclusion with the addition of the black and brown colors to the traditional look. There are two Chuck Taylor high tops with the flag on full display on the upper canvas along with an All Star low top. The new elements for this collection in 2020 are the hi top covered in multi-color sequins as well as the low top dedicated to transgenders featuring pink and blue colors. All sneakers come with insoles displaying the “Diversity, Equality, Love” message, along with the now traditional rainbow outsole. As  in the previous years the rubber heel patch and the laces are customized with the rainbow colors. The brand offers several pairs on their site that can be customized under the “By You” lineup, from low tops to hi tops and platform sneakers. Several pieces of apparel are also available to match the footwear. Unsure what size to get? You can check out the Converse Chuck Taylor size chart here.
